Fees and withdrawal limits

MiraiEx takes fees for buying and selling cryptocurrencies and fiat on our exchange. We also charge fees for making withdrawals, this fee depends on the currency you wish to withdraw.
It is always free to deposit funds to our exchange, both cryptocurrencies and fiat.

Fiat deposits and withdrawals
When depositing fiat it may take a few days until the funds are available for trading on the exchange. For deposits from Norwegian bank accounts, this usually takes 1-2 days.
At the current date, MiraiEx only supports deposits from Norwegian citizens, and we only support NOK deposits. We are currently working on a solution to allow USD and EUR deposits from our customers outside of Norway.
We charge a 45.00 NOK fee for NOK withdrawals. When withdrawing fiat currencies, your bank may also charge an additional fee for currency conversion or other reasons. We have a withdrawal limit of 200,000 NOK per 24 hour period, mininum withdrawal is 500 NOK.
Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals
When depositing cryptocurrencies, we require minimum three confirmations before the funds are available for trading at the exchange. This is for bitcoin and litecoin. For other blockchain based cryptocurrencies we may require a higher number of confirmations. Information about the exact number of confirmations needed is found on the deposit page.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are usually sent as soon as you click confirm. If you make large withdrawals we may have to process them manually. This can take up to 24 hours and is done for security reasons. We have a withdrawal limit of 2.0 bitcoin and 100.0 litecoin per 24 hour period. Minimum withdrawal is 0.002 BTC and 0.002 LTC.
Some countries have laws or regulations requiring reporting your cryptocurrency holdings to the authorities. MiraiEx does not take the responsibility of reporting this, the users themselves are responsible for this. We take no responsibility if users face fines or prison sentences due to not reporting correct information to the authorities.
